DONNÉES D’IDENTIFICATION DE CHUM SHOPEE

• Le site et enseigne Chum Shopee (chumshpee.com) sont la propriété de R.-A. Courant, ci-après Chum Shopee, micro-entrepreneur immatriculé au RCS des Yvelines sous le SIREN : 947740189.
• Les conditions générales qui suivent s’appliquent à partir du moment où le client valide sa commande et que celle-ci est reçue par Chum Shopee.

DESCRIPTION DU SITE

• Chum Shopee propose à ses clients l’achat de différents accessoires désignés au préalable par Chum Shopee et produits en quantité limitée.

PRIX ET TARIFS

• Les tarifs appliqués sur le site sont tous en Euros et les prix sont hors taxe. TVA non applicable - article 293 B du CGI.

PAIEMENTS ACCEPTÉS

• Les paiements peuvent s’effectuer par carte bancaire ou par compte Paypal via la plateforme de paiement sécurisée Paypal.

LIVRAISON

• Date de livraison du bien
  • Pour un produit en stock, Chum Shopee dispose de 7 jours à 14 jours pour envoyer et notifier le client de l’envoi de ses produits. A compter de ce jour, le client devrait recevoir ses produits sous 1 à 3 semaines selon le pays de destination.
  • Pour un produit dit en “pre-order” (précommande), jusqu’à 3 mois peuvent être nécessaires pour l’envoi des produits aux clients.
• La livraison est effectuée par le service national de poste française, La Poste.
• Chum Shopee n’est pas tenu responsable des potentiels frais de douanes et taxes lorsque les colis arrivent dans des pays étrangers. Ces frais sont à charge du client.
• Chum Shopee n’est pas responsable des facteurs externes tels que grèves et retard des services postaux qui pourraient impacter la livraison des produits. Ces facteurs ne peuvent pas faire l’objet de la cause d’un remboursement.
• Chaque commande est emballée avec soin dans des emballages fait à base de sachets plastique et de cartons. Chum Shopee s’assure que chaque article est bien emballé et n’est donc pas responsable si un article arrive endommagé à l’arrivée chez le client.

MODIFICATION D’UNE COMMANDE

• Une fois passée, une commande n’est pas modifiable à l’exception de votre adresse et ce sur demande à l’adresse mail suivante chum.shopee@gmail.com
• L’annulation d’une commande n’est pas possible.
• Chum Shopee se réserve le droit d’annuler la commande d’un client.

RETOURS ET REMBOURSEMENTS

• Le client dispose de 7 jours après réception des produits pour demander un remboursement. Le remboursement ne pourra se faire que s’il y a demande la part du client à l’adresse suivante chum.shopee@gmail.com et si ce dernier renvoi le produit (frais de retours aux frais du client). Chum Shopee dispose ensuite de 30 jours pour rembourser le client.

A PROPOS DES PRODUITS

• La plupart des produits étant produits en petite quantité et à la main, lors de l’achat de ceux-ci, le client accepte que certains produits puissent présenter quelques rayures ou égratignures, dans une mesure différente selon le type de produit choisi lors de l’ajout au panier.

COPYRIGHT

• Chum Shopee détient toutes les images présentes sur la page “Produits” du site ainsi que son logo et autre visuels de la charte graphique. Il est interdit de réutiliser ces images sur quelconque autre plateforme ou support, que ce soit à des fins personnelles ou commerciales. Toute reproduction non autorisée fera l’objet de procédures légales.

INFORMATIQUE ET LIBERTÉS

• Chum Shopee s’engage à ne pas redistribuer vos données personnelles à quelconque tiers sans votre autorisation à l’exception des services de livraison dans le cadre de la livraison de votre commande.

LÉGISLATION APPLICABLE

• Ces conditions générales de vente sont régies par le droit français. Lors d’un achat, tout client s’engage à appliquer et agréer à ces conditions.

WEBSITE DESCRIPTION

• Chum Shopee offers their clients the possibility to buy different types of accessories designed by Chum Shopee and then produced in limited quantity.

PRICING

• Prices on the website are in Euros (€, EUR). All prices exclude taxes according to the article 293 B of the CGI. (No taxes are added during check out.)

ACCEPTED PAYMENTS

• Paypal: Payments are processed through Paypal using a credit card or Paypal account.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

•  For an in-stock product, Chum Shopee has 7 to 14 days to process the order, then send and notify the client of his package being shipped. Then, it should take 1 to 3 weeks for the client to receive the package depending on the destination country.
  • For a pre-order item, up to 3 months can be needed for the products to be produced before Chum Shopee can send those to the client.
• Delivery is managed by french national post service, La Poste.
• Chum Shopee is not responsible for potential custom taxes when the package is arriving to the destination country. Additional charges must be at the customer’s expense. Chum Shopee has no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility for any additional overseas costs.
• Chum Shopee is not responsible for any external factor that might affect delivery of the products such as strikes and delays in postal services. These factors can not be the object of a refund.
• All orders are packed with care with recycled plastics and cardboards. All orders are double checked before being posted and will not be sent with any extreme defect. Chum Shopee is not responsible for any damages incurred by the postal services.
• Please double check the address to which you wish your order to be delivered and the one supplied to Chum Shopee by PayPal via your account are the same. Chum Shopee holds no responsibility for being supplied with an incorrect posting address. Redelivery will be at the cost of the customer.

MODIFY OR CHANGE AN ORDER

• Once the client has checked out, an order is non-modifiable apart from your address if your package is not yet in the packaging process. Please, for any address modification, contact Chum Shopee through this email address: chum.shopee@gmail.com
• Cancellation of an order is not possible.
• Chum Shopee reserves the right to cancel an order.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

• The client have 7 days after reception of the products to ask for a refund. The refund can happen only if the client is asking through this email address: chum.shopee@gmail.com and if the client agreed to send the products back to Chum Shopee (Shipping fees at the client expense). Then, Chum Shopee has 30 days to refund the client.

REGARDING THE PRODUCTS

• Most of the products available on Chum Shopee are produced in small quantity and hand-made. When buying products on this website, the client agrees to the fact that some product might show some defects or light scratches (depending on the type of the product chosen by the client). For more details regarding this matter, please refer to the shop’s FAQ.

• Chum Shopee owns all the images shown on the ‘Products’ pages of the website along with the logo and other imagery of the corporate identity and style guide. Copyright of the images is retained in perpetuity by the artist and they may not be reproduced in any context or media digital or analogue. Any unauthorised reproduction will result in legal proceedings.

DATA PROTECTION ACT

• Chum Shopee commits to not redistribute or sell any of personal data of the client to third-parties without consent from the client except for shipping and postal services in the frame of the delivery of your products.

• These terms and conditions are ruled by french law. By purchasing from Chum Shopee you automatically agree to and accept the above terms and conditions.
